Professor Paul Samuel Francis is a mathematician specialising in differential equations and control theory. He earned his doctorate at Bharathiar University, India, and joined the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton in 2012, where he serves as Dean of the School of Science and Technology. His research covers impulsive and fractional differential equations and integrodifferential equations in Banach spaces.
