Professor Moses Mpiima Kibirango is a management scholar whose research applies complexity and entrepreneurship theory to organisational behaviour and higher education. He earned his Ph.D. at Makerere University, Uganda, and serves as Director of Quality Assurance at the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton.
